In the middle (2020)

In the middle talks about the seemingly 2 positions women have in their sensuality; prude or very sexual. At least that is how me and my sister feel. Being raised in a ‘prude’ way, made us wonder where we stand in the spectrum of sensuality. If we can break with what we were taught. In the end the sensuality we feel today has it’s own history in being raised as a woman in a society that already had it’s rules. Not knowing where we stand with our sensuality, we experiment and see there is little to no room for people who feel in the middle of these two, or neither, or both. This series functions as a way to create more room for this underrated place and show the struggle of being in the middle.
